The Construction of an important hotel and commercial complex in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan which, due to its particular architectural feature and its spectacular nature, will become the most prestigious building in the city. The contract was awarded on a "turnkey" basis and includes the design and furnishings. The work consists of a 21-storey building intended for five-star hotels, a shopping center with conference, office and shop spaces and a two-storey car park, in addition to the overall layout of the area of approximately 45,000 m2. The hotel, totaling 41,150 m2, has 217 rooms plus the presidential apartment and 7 ministerial apartments, 3 restaurants and 3 bars.
BURJ AL FATEH COMPLEX -Karthoum Sudan
The Katanè shopping center, with a total sales area of 33,400 square meters, houses the hypermarket (13,500 square meters), a shopping arcade (15,500 square meters) consisting of 70 shops, common areas for about 4,400 square meters and includes parking for 1,300 cars. Important urbanization works have also been carried out such as internal access roads, public parking lots for about 300 cars and large equipped green areas. This is the first shopping center built taking care of all the development aspects of the operation, starting from the purchase of the land, passing through all the urban planning and commercial procedures, to get to the construction and turnkey sale of the entire complex.

ASMARA ERITREA PALACE HOTEL
This five-star hotel was built to offer the country a modern, efficient hotel complex. The complex features a series of important service facilities, including a conference center suitable to host high-level events and various entertainment areas. The project consists of one single building developing over several floors having different purposes.
COMMERCIAL SPACE ESP (ITALY)
Completion of the new Ravenna shopping mall. Indoor and outdoor building and construction works have been carried out, including road infrastructures.
COMMERCIAL SPACE BARCELLONA (ITALY)
Construction of a commercial and residential center in Rimini. The seven-storey building, three of which underground, includes shops, flats, a restaurant and garages.
SHOPPING CENTER PIAZZALE LODI (ITALY)
Construction of a multi-storey shopping center and underground car parking. The building comprises two underground floors for car parking, a semi-underground floor for car parking, the ground floor with shops, supermarket and mall and the first floor for commercial activities and offices
